Principles behind the Fitness manifesto

We follow these principles:

Our highest priority is to increase number of people being active through lifetime in safe and controlled environment with focus on developing health related fitness components to achieve higher level of health and better quality of life.

Welcome changing requirements. Fitness processes harness change for
the customer’s improvement and satisfaction.

Offer programs with measurable results, from a
couple of weeks to a couple of months, with a
preference to the longer sustainable goals.

Fitness professionals and clients should work
together daily throughout the process of change.

Build programs around motivated individuals.
Give them the environment and support they need,
and trust them to get the job done.

The most efficient and effective method of
conveying information to and within a team is face-to-face conversation.

Improving health and quality of life is the primary measure of progress.

Fitness processes promote sustainable development.
Fitness professionals and clients should be able
to maintain a constant pace indefinitely.
